The Filthyness of it all.

For those of you who keep up on the WOD you may have already seen that I posted Mondays workout early. Don’t be afraid it’ll all be over soon. Remember that when we write down a WOD that it does not have to be done as is. If you know that you physically can’t perform a movement or lift a prescribed weight then scale accordingly. To many times I’ve heard people self depreciate themselves over not being able to do the WOD as Rx (prescribed). For many of our members scaling the workout and performing it in the time domain your coaches tell you to will give you the best results. Also we’ve only been doing this stuff for about 5 months now, and it does take a while to get many of these skills down (Kipping Pull-ups). If you’re still not getting what I’m laying on ya just look at some of your numbers from when you first started and you’ll see how much you’ve all improved.

Now lets hit this week hard.

As mentioned before the pull-up structure is temporarily out of service as all of you badasses keep knocking those pull-ups out like there’s no tomorrow.
