Prep for Saturday

Today’s WOD will be the next step of our Volume Training.  Focus today on form, technique and most importantly STRETCHING and MOBILITY.  This will pay off huge on Saturday.  Eat well, get some rest and come out Saturday ready to roll! 

Great job yesterday by Kelly C. on the attempt at WOD #3!  I am so proud of her for just stepping up and doing it, not to mention the sheer will and intensity she displayed.  It was truly inspiring.  You will get that girl!
