5 Minute AMRAP:

Squat Clean 165/110

Jerk 165/110


 This WOD is going to be fast and heavy!  We will be reviewing the standards each day and getting you used to the various ways you can lift a bar over your head.  Use the WODs this week to get used to the weight on Saturday.  If your technique is good, it shouldn’t be to much.  We’ve had two endurance type of workouts.  Now the beast in you gets to show its head!

Please, register on the CrossFit LEADERBOARD!  You don’t need to put in a ton info, just a name for now.
