Weighted Gymnastics

Find 1 rep max of weighted:

Pull-up and Bar Dip

Then for time:

45 DB Suitcase Deadlift 40/25

45 DB Overhead Press 40/25

Complete total in any rep scheme you wish

WOD #2 of the CF Open should post tonight.  If you cannot make Saturday let one of us know so we can prep you for your competition day. 

We placed 396 out of 786 Teams which is freakin awesome!  Great job again and keep working hard.
