Saturday Team WOD 10:30am

4 Rounds for time:

Row 250m (If the weather breaks, we will run!)

15 Ground to Overhead 165/105

Why all the endurance stuff?  Because that’s where most of us are weakest and that’s what we work on to be better.  Throw some “cardio” in with high-intensity lifting and you have a recipe for BADDASS-ness!

If you haven’t done the first WOD, or want to re-do it, you can do that instead of what I have planned for us.  We have 13 people registered on the team and are still missing a handful of scores.  Let us know if you need help.  You have 2 more days to get this done.  Believe me when I tell you participation will be worth it in th end.  Think of it as a 6 week challenge for yourself.  You’ve committed to signing up and doing the workouts 2-3 days a week.  Make the commitment to finish the challenge.
