If you’re confused by the total number I gave you, break it down like this:
 
Each round is worth 45 points.  If you got 2 rounds, you have 90.  If you made it to the ground to overhead portion, you had to have completed 30 double-unders.  So, if you got 2 rounds and 10 G2O, then you must have got 30 double-unders before you lifted.  90+30 (DU)+10 (G2O)= 130 points.  If you scaled singles for doubles, divide the number of singles you got by 3, round to the nearest whole number. (80 singles=27 DUs)

    Excited that I am getting stronger in just a few weeks. On March 4th I could only lift 75lbs. on the back squat. Tonight I was able to lift 95lbs.
