Deadlift

5-5-5-5-5+ (max reps on your 5th set)

then:

for time:

50 pull-ups

50 push-ups

3 burpees on the minute every minute

If you didn’t read yesaterday’s post, scroll down.  CFHQ has extended the deadline for Week 1.  That means one more week of trying to get all of you to register.

1. Challenging yourself against what you thought were your limitations

2. Being eligible to win cool stuff just for doing what you do anyway

3. Telling people you know “I can do something you can’t do!”

4. Feeling awesome about yourself!
