3 Burpees every minute on the minute until thrusters are completed

Dan after Wednesday’s WOD.  I missed it, but I’m pretty sure there was a heave.  That’s Pukie on the left.  He’s the CrossFit official “intensity” mascot and lurks around various boxes from time to time.  If you push yourself hard enough, Pukie will pay you a visit sooner or later.  Don’t try to run and hide.  He will find you.
