The 2011 CrossFit Games is on!

10 Rounds for Time of:

5 Squat Jumps (hips below parallel, hands must touch floor, arms extend overhead)

5 Clean and Jerks 115/75

5 Pull-ups

We are an official Affiliate for the 2011 CrossFit Games Open, which means we can submit your WOD scores to qualify you for the 2011 Games.  In the spirit of the Games, we will be following the progress, results and WODs of the open and programming accordingly.  My goal is for all of you to experince how this level of competition can improve your overall capabilities.  So, yes, there will be a “competitive edge” in the coming weeks.  Continue to train hard, listen to your coaches, and, above all, have fun with it.  CrossFit is “the Sport of Fitness” and sports are supposed to be fun, right?
