The intensity in the box has been rising rapidly.  More of you are understanding the movements and are rapidly improving in proficiency, which translates into higher output in all of our 10 General Skills.  We are loving the effort you are all putting out, so keep it up.

We’re wrapping-up our Power Week with some impressive first lifts and a few PRs.  Just so you don’t forget what they are, we’ll have a PR Whiteboard on the wall to show-off your mad strength.  Being reminded of your accomplishments everyday is some of the best positive re-inforcement you can get.  I’m proud of you all and you should be too.
