Are you ready?

AMRAP in 17 minutes of:

5 Thrusters 95/65

10 Box Jumps 20/18

15 Ring or Bar Dips

 

Next week will be our first Goal Test.  Don’t be nervous, upset, scared, disappointed, or any other negative emotion.  We are here to test ourselves on a regular basis for improvement.  Without knowing for sure where we stand, we can’t move forward.  This will also be a test for your coaches.  We want to know how well we did at helping you achieve your goals and how we can improve our methods in such.  Think of this as the first CrossFit Woodland competition.  The good news is you all win because your up against yourself.
