Learning something new

5 rounds for time of:

12 Pistols (any leg)

15 Pull ups

20 GHD Sit-ups

We will be using progressions for this:



The quality of the video isn’t great, but you get the idea. 

A couple things to emphasize on this movement are 1) weight on the heels, and 2) weight on the heels.  Your butt should go out, just like a squat, or you will put a tremendous amount of load on your knees and that’s not good.  This is a skill that will never plateau and will improve many other movements when you become proficient at it.
