Hang Power Snatch

3-3-3-3-3

then:

Team WOD #3 from 2011 Courage Games (modified)

With a continuos running clock, perform each movement for 1 minute:

Burpees to ring touch (ring should be 12″ above reach)

KB Swings 53/35

Bear Complex (Ground to front squat thruster to back squat thruster=1 rep)

Double unders (Single unders count as 1/2  reps)

Combine total number of reps for score

That’s how we roll in my house!
