Still trying to put the pieces together

WOD #2 from NorCal 40s

5 Rounds  for time of:

5 Deadlifts 265/165

5 Jerks 135/95

Great efforts on yesterdays workouts!  Sometimes you have to fail in order to discover your weakness and  that’s how we get better.   

I will post some pictures and stuff tomorrow and on FB.  There’s never enough time in the day.
