Age is just a number!

Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.

Ex. 50-60-70-80-90

NorCals were a blast and I am sore as hell!  Work hard today and I will have pictures and details very soon.
