Hero Time

Posted: February 5, 2011 by Jason in WODs

10 rounds for time:

5 Thrusters 115/90

10 Pull-ups

Sprint 100 yards

We’ll do this outside, weather permitting

If you look on the main page (crossfit.com) website, you may see a few  WODs named after soldiers, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and others as a tribute to their ultimate sacrifice and their love for CrossFit.  Most them are gut wrenching tests of shear will and endurance that only elite athletes and crazy people could do Rx.  Some, like “Holbrook”, are good tests of overall fitness that work into our programming goals very well.  For more info on “Hero WODs” check out the main page and read the stories behind the those protecting our freedom to do what we love.
