AMRAP 15 minutes:

5 One-Arm DB Squat Cleans  each arm45/30

10 pull-ups

We need more of these on the floor!  This is your trophy for having nothing left after a workout.  This is pride coming out every pore of your body.  This screams out to everyone around, “I gave all!”  This is CrossFit!

Love the effort yesterday!  Why do we push double-unders so much?  Because it’s speed.  Pure speed.  It makes you move faster than you normally do and there’s no slow way to jump rope when you’re doing double-unders.  You have to go fast.  Don’t worry, you will get better over time. 

Great job to Eric and Dan last night on joining the Muscle-up Club!  I will be sure to carry my camera at all times so I don’t miss another epic moment like that again.  Two in one day!  Awesome guys!
