rest exactly 1 minute

50 Double Unders or 100 Singles

rest exactly 2 minutes

Repeat 4 times.  Score each round’s time seperately minus rest periods.  Add total work time for final score.

This is a max output met-con, so there is no need to pace.

I put this up so can you can see how CrossFitters prioritize their lives.  Nutrition is the building block for everything we do.  Then, and only then, can we see the full potential of the remaining triangle.  Poor nutrition will result in poor results, which will lead to frustration in anything you do.  I will not stand on a soapbox and preach one diet, one life.  We are all built different and have different needs and lifestyles.  It’s also, not easy to change a pattern you’ve been doing for years.  What I’m saying, and what Ben made more clear, was if you are willing to put out the maximum effort in the quest for fitness, don’t sell yourself short on the fuel to get there.
