We had some awesome Power output yesterday!  20 minutes of doing constant work in anything can be exhausting.  Throw in a new uncomfortable movement and it becomes miserable.  The key is to keep moving, get out of your comfort zone, and let natural function take over.  It’s amazing to watch what happens when you take away someone’s ability to muscle through a lift, see their instinct kick in and do it right without trying. 

Your GOALS are coming due!!  If you are not going to make it in the next 2 days, email me your GOALS.  If not, you will get an ungodly amount of SPAM.   Don’t worry about specifics.  We’ll take care of that very soon.  See you soon.
