Power=the ability to exert Force rapidly

Workout

AMRAP 20 minutes of:

5 Deadlifts

5 Hang Power Cleans

5 Front Squats

5 Push-Press

Weight remains the same for each movement.

Power, as defined above, is an essential component of functional movement.  By training our bodys to move quickly under a load we achieve better balance, coordination, agility, etc., and, therefore, are less likely to sustain injury.  Think about that.  By training to be stronger and quicker you will become healthier and more independent.

Nice job everyone yesterday!  The bar is being raised everyday so keep pushing!  Remember, GOALS and JOURNALS!!!
