You should have by now thought of some goals you would like to accomplish here.  We are going to be breaking those down this week and getting SPECIFIC.  Don’t worry if you’re unsure of how to do that it.  That’s why we’re here.  If you haven’t given it much thought I will be on you all week to have something by Friday.  Most of you know the routine here by now and those that don’t will learn quickly.  CrossFit is a goal orientated fitness program.  You can’t do it without some kind of GOAL.  “Improving my overall fitness” is not a specific goal, but it’s something to work with.  We have several people here that can take that statement and make it “YOUR’S”.  Looking forward to talking to each one of you about this and making those goals reality.
