5 Push Presss

A great example of putting all the 10 General Skills to work.

1)Endurance

2)Stamina

3)Strength

4)Flexibility

5)Speed

6)Power

7)Coordination

8)Agility

9)Balance

10)Accuracy

This is what we strive to become proficient at.  All of these!  Why?  So we have the ABILITY to do anything we want.  Look at each one of the General skills and I’m possitive you can find something in your life that  requires one or more of them.  By becoming better at each of these,  you can do what you have always wanted to,  or better yet, want to do again.
