How can you tell when you’re getting stronger?

400m Run

Max Pull-ups

Megan with a couple examples of full range of motion in yesterday’s WOD.

Adding weight to a bar is only one example of how we measure strength.  True strength is measured in how we move through a full range of motion.  We need to have flexibility, coordination, balance, power, etc. in order to achieve it.  So, by getting below parallel in a squat, getting your chest up to the bar, locking your arms overhead, fully extending your hips and all the crap I yell at you during a workout you are getting your body stronger in the way it was designed to be.

How do you know you’re getting stronger?  When you are able to do whatever it was you were unable or afraid to before.
