We are about half way through with “Fundamental” programming.  The purpose has been to introduce some of the complex movements and weight lifting components of CrossFit in a group setting.  By the end of the month most of you will have been exposed to what we do here and will be able to complete a workout with minimal instruction.  Newer members will need to go through these Fundamental sessions in order to be familiar with our workouts and perform them properly and safely.  Even if you are familiar with CrossFit, we need to evaluate your competence in the Fundamentals.  If your form is legit, this will be no problem and you will be able to workout as you wish.  If not, we will make the corrections as necessary and, in effect, make you a better athlete with proper form.  Fundamental workouts are still no joke, trust me.  They are just specifically focused on what your ability is.  I will be posting the “Fundamentals” schedule and fee structure by the end of the week.  There will also be a few additional changes, so check in regularly for updates.
