FREE CLASS THIS SATURDAY!!!

Back Squat

3-3-3-3-3

I will at the gym around 3 p.m. if you can’t make the evening classes and I’m asking all members to come by today and lift!  This will set a benchmark for your progress. 



It all depends on which side you choose.  On one side it can hurt continuing to do the same thing, or worse, nothing, and getting the same results.  Or it can hurt to try something new, but the end definitely justifies the mean.  And its much nicer on this side.

If you or someone you know is still riding the fence on which fitness program is right for them I offer this solution.  First, identify what you are trying to accomplish (i.e. weight loss, overall fitness, socializing, etc.)  Next, set a realistic timeline (3 months, 6 months, by my 20 year high school reunion, before a wedding,  need a date by next weekend, etc.)  Then, ask yourself how important is it to obtain that goal.  In other words, is it a priority to you or something that you could live without?  Most of us would place our overall health at the top of the list.  Finally, can you be self-motivated enough to make the commitment to change, or do you need someone to help you get through the rough times?

There are hundreds of different programs on the market and all claiming the same results with super-hot models advertising them.  I’m not saying CrossFit is where it all stops and is far more superior than anything else.  The fact is, it’s not for everyone.  Neither is PX90 or Insanity (especially for me).  It’s all about what you want!  What made me drink the proverbial Kool-Aid was that it offered everything I wanted (weightlifting, endurance, strength) and the people that did it, and did it well, were normal looking. 

What’s my point?  Bring those fence-sitters out this Saturday morning for a FREE Introductory class.  All current members are welcome.  All we ask is you bring someone you think might be interested but might not be sure.  We will take care of the rest.
