10 Pull-ups

We are off and running for 2011!  Get in, check us out and sign-up!  The month of January is programmed to cover the Fundamental Movements of CrossFit essential to effecti
vely complete the workouts.  What that means is you have no reason to be intimidated by the workouts.  Just bring your willingness to step outside your comfort zone and watch what happens.

I apologize for not having all the class info on the web page yet.  I’m learning new things everyday as well and will try and put the class schedule out each day until that happens, as well as updating all of you on what’s happening.  Please leave comments!  I want to know what you have to say and any concerns you may have.

Monday thru Friday 5p.m. and 6p.m.  We will be adding morning classes very soon!
